Compared to a Rome B&B Hotel we stayed at last year, this one was a bit of a let-down. The staff in the lobby were visibly unhappy about having to work during the holidays. Breakfast in the morning was not up-to-scratch as the buffet was not refilled quickly enough. Our room - and the corridor leading to it - was very cold during the first night and the air-con unit had to be continuously on. On the plus side, housekeeping was very friendly and efficient, and our rooms were clean and comfortable. I would stay at a B&B Hotel again but probably not this one.

Very good hotel near to Schonbrunn. We took a family room and it served it purpose. Room was clean, beds comfortable. Staff was very kind. People tend to complain about breakfast, I must admit I stayed in many hotels, vast majority had a better selection and were controlling the supply of food available on the trays better. But this was a family weekend, we had time to wait 5-10 minutes for a refill of those trays. Danke schoen! :-)
Problem with noisy air conditioning during the night despite it was switched off. It was turned on automatically on regular basis whole night. I could hear my neighbours during early morning leaving their room. Rooms should be soundproof as it is written on page. Missing some wardrobe in case of longer visit. No lactose free meal for breakfast apart from oat milk. Rest was fine - clean room,nice staff,tasty breakfast,quite calm part of Vienna,reasonable price for night

I stayed in this hotel as a female solo traveler. The hotel has a tram stop right in front which made commute to any touristic location very easy and safe for me. The area is safe and the staff is helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and they even changed my towels every day even though I was hanging them to reuse again. I would only prefer to have a kettle in the room to make tea at the end of a tiring day but I could get free tea at the reception! I would definitely stay again here!
The hotel was clean, easy to access, breakfast can be improved but overall i would recommend. It is a bit far from the city center but you can easily find public transport
Excellent value hotel. AC and hot water work well and was in a very quiet area. They clean the rooms well each day and restock everything. Beds were comfy as well. Only issue I had was the checkin process took a little longer than I'd like. The hotel is a bit far from everything else and you need to take a bus/tram that runs frequently enough to get to the city center.
